Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support our Business Litigation Practice Group in our Minneapolis office.

Position Requirements:
- Admission to the Minnesota bar in good standing is required.
- Experience in life, health, and disability insurance and ERISA litigation is preferred and will be strongly considered
- Consumer financial services experience, including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and mortgage servicing experience, preferred and will be strongly considered
- The candidate will also commit to exceptional client service and be interested and willing to participate in business development efforts.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
