Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing.
• The ideal candidate will have corporate and real estate transactional experience and a commitment to top quality client service.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential
