Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, an AMLAW 200 law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4 to 6 years of real estate/corporate experience to join our Miami/Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate law and corporate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, lender representation, ownership structure planning, condominium law, title examination and developer representation. Outstanding academics, exceptional writing and analytical skills are essential. Spanish speaking bilingual required.

The attorney must be committed to exceptional client service, top quality work product and will be encouraged to participate in business development with senior partners.
