This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate seeking to advance their litigation career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. From day one, you’ll be entrusted with substantive responsibilities, including direct client interaction, court appearances, and handling complex litigation matters. Ideal Qualifications:

  • Admitted to the IL Bar and in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in employment law and/or business litigation
  • Proven experience with federal and state court litigation
  • Familiarity with investigating discrimination claims, drafting position statements, advising clients on employment law matters, and creating employee handbooks
  • Strong academic credentials and top-tier legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
