Knowledge of commercial litigation practice and procedure in Florida state and Federal courts is required. The ideal candidate will have specific experience defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts is necessary.
