Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Dallas office, with hybrid work arrangements available.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions.  Ideal candidates will have commercial or civil litigation experience as well as strong research, writing, and communication skills.  Experience in financial services litigation or contested foreclosure work is beneficial but not a requirement.  Texas bar admission is required and New York or New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
