The ideal candidate will have general litigation experience, as well as experience with employment counseling and litigation, drafting employment agreements, defense of discrimination claims, and representing and advising clients in collective bargaining, wage and hour matters and related issues. Qualified candidates will also have strong research and writing skills, top quality work product, a commitment to exceptional client service, an interest in business development efforts, and will work well within a team.
