A diverse and progressive national law firm, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, is looking for a 4-6 year lawyer with experience in all phases of civil litigation, including deposition and motion practice, to join its downtown LA office. Experience in insurance bad faith, health care provider disputes on the insurer/plan side, and/or ERISA civil litigation is a plus, but not required. Qualified candidates will also have credentials from a nationally recognized law school, strong research and writing skills, top quality work product, a commitment to exceptional client service, an interest in business development efforts, and will work well within a team.
