Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment law and business litigation experience to join the Labor & Employment practice in its Ft. Lauderdale office, with hybrid work arrangements available. Ideal candidates will have experience with employment law and business litigation, investigating charges of discrimination, drafting position statements, drafting employee handbooks, and providing general employment law advice and counsel to clients. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skill, as well as federal and state court experience are required.
Candidates should also have a strong interest in business development and should be comfortable as a point of contact with clients and potential clients, as there will be ample opportunity to work closely with the partners on these efforts. Florida bar admission is required.
