Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Counsel with a minimum of three years of workplace injury experience for its Ft. Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting responses to written discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, attending mediations, as well as some second chair trial experience on behalf of employers for workplace injury claims. The candidate will also have a commitment to exceptional client service. The Firm offers a competitive benefits package.

Litigation Counsel role is a full-time salaried position, however, this is not a partnership track position. Litigation Counsel are expected to meet a 1800 annual billable hour requirement. They will be available to travel to client or team meetings as needed. To be considered, candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
