Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an Associate for its Tampa office with 3-6 years of insurance coverage counseling, claims litigation defense and/or first party property litigation experience. Candidates with a sophisticated insurance litigation background and a commitment to work in an insurance coverage litigation practice also will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to exceptional client service, top quality writing skills, strong academic credentials, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Prior Insurance Defense experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with the substantive issues in insurance coverage matters and first party property claims is highly desirable.
