Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Litigation associate or Litigation Counsel (Staff Attorney) with Rhode Island bar admission to join its Boston or Providence office, with hybrid work arrangements available. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, knowledge of litigation practice and procedures in Rhode Island and federal courts, top quality writing skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Candidates based in Massachusetts must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Candidates based in Rhode Island must be admitted to practice in Rhode Island.

For those interested in the Litigation Counsel (Staff Attorney) role, it is a full-time salaried, non-partnership track position with an 1800 annual billable hours expectation and the ability to travel to client or team meetings as needed.
