Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate to join its Business Litigation group in one of its Florida offices.

You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in civil and/or commercial litigation experience
  • Candidates should also have top quality research and writing skills, and strong academic credentials. 
  • Litigation experience in dram shop, product liability, hospitality and beverage, and/or premise liability are all preferred.
