Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its New York office. This position is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals. Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience, as well as strong writing and communication skills. New York bar admission is required and New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
