The Ft. Lauderdale office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 4 – 7 years of general defense litigation experience. Candidates with specific exposure to the areas of personal injury/property damage, product liability, construction and transportation litigation are preferred. The ideal candidate will have top quality written work product and research skills, significant experience with written and electronic discovery, experience taking and defending depositions as well as familiarity with trial preparation and participation. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary. FL bar license required.
