Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 1+ year of experience to join its St. Louis or Belleville, IL office, with hybrid work arrangements available and the ability to work primarily remotely. Ideal candidates will have experience with toxic tort litigation as well as with general defense litigation (including complex personal injury and medical negligence), insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. Candidates should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda, and strong academics. Illinois bar admission is required. For candidates in St. Louis, Missouri bar admission is not an immediate requirement, although it is expected within the next 1-2 years.
