Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Houston office, with hybrid work arrangements available.  Ideal candidates will have experience with complex commercial litigation or general liability defense.  This experience  can include construction defect, general commercial litigation, tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, and/or automobile liability matters.  Ideally this candidate will be ready to start working on matters independently or take responsibility for large scale discovery and depositions.  Candidates should also have strong written communication skills with experience drafting complex opinions and motions.  Appellate experience or interest in working on appellate matters is a plus.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting and growing practice within the firm.  Texas bar admission is required.
