Lauderdale office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 4 – 7 years of general defense litigation experience, with an emphasis on defending product liability cases. Candidates looking to be part of a national practice preferred. The ideal candidate will have top quality written work product and research skills, significant experience with written and electronic discovery, experience taking and defending depositions as well as familiarity with trial preparation and participation. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary. FL bar license required.
