Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2+ years of litigation experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its Boston office.  This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions.  Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, and analytical reasoning skills.  Experience in financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or Massachusetts commercial or real estate litigation preferred.  Massachusetts bar admission is required and Rhode Island admission is preferred.
