Knowledge of commercial litigation practice and procedure in New York state and Federal courts is required, with specific experience defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws preferred. The candidate will also have a commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts.
