Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Counsel (Staff Attorney) with 3+ years of experience to join its Peoria, Illinois office with hybrid work schedules available.  Knowledge of commercial litigation practice and procedure in Illinois state and Federal courts is required.  The ideal candidate will also have specific experience defending claims under the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and state consumer protection laws.

The Litigation Counsel role is a full-time salaried, non-partnership track position with an 1800 hour annual billable expectation.  Litigation Counsel will be available to travel to client or team meetings as needed.  To be considered, candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
