The downtown Los Angeles office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a litigation associate. Ideally, Hinshaw is looking for a 4-6 year lawyer with strong writing and researching skills and experience in all phases of civil litigation. Strong credentials from nationally recognized law school essential. Experience in insurance bad faith, health care provider disputes on the insurer/plan side, and/or ERISA civil litigation preferred, but not necessarily required.
