Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2+ years of employee benefits legal experience to join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in its Chicago office.  Ideal candidates will have substantive legal experience in employee benefits law and federal income taxation.  Background in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, accounting, finance, engineering, natural or physical science) is a plus, along with strong writing skills.  Illinois bar admission is required.
