Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience based in the Buffalo, New York area to join its Consumer Financial Services practice as a Staff Attorney. The individual in this position will work remotely and will report to senior attorneys in Hinshaw's New York City and New Jersey offices. Ideal candidates will have experience drafting motions for summary judgment, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervising attorneys. Financial services and/or contested foreclosure experience is a plus. In order to be considered for the role, candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and must be located within Erie County/Western New York.

The Staff Attorney position is a full-time, salaried, non-partnership track position with an 1,800 hour annual billable expectation.
