Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its New Jersey office, with the ability to work remotely within New Jersey.  Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York and New Jersey commercial litigation experience, as well as strong writing and communication skills.  This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals.  Bar admission in New Jersey and New York is required.
