Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of workers' compensation experience to join its Los Angeles office, with hybrid work arrangements available and the ability to work primarily remotely in the Los Angeles/Orange County areas. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and will have superior writing, research and analytical skills. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus. The associate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice. California bar admission is required.
