Description
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP., has an immediate opening for a Litigation Support Analyst. This position will report to the Litigation Support Manager.
Responsible for a wide range of litigation support activities, including large-scale electronic productions, e-discovery consulting, trial support, assistance with case and process management, end-user support and training, as well as all aspects of application maintenance and trouble-shooting.

Responsible for a wide range of litigation support activities, including large-scale electronic productions, e-discovery consulting, trial support, assistance with case and process management, end-user support and training, as well as all aspects of application maintenance and trouble-shooting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to successfully apply technology during the discovery, trial, and case management stages to achieve optimal, cost effective and efficient results.
- Must have working knowledge of the entire litigation support process to include database searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support.
- Must have 2+ years of experience working with LAW 5.0 PreDiscovery software.
- Working knowledge of litigation support software packages. The following are a major plus: Summation Enterprise or iBlaze, Nuix, Sanction, CaseMap, LiveNote, SQL, audio and video editing.
- Work with clients, in-house counsel and other IT managers, to design e-discovery strategies and collect data.
- Consult and support attorneys at trial using the latest trial technology including courtroom setup.
- End-user support and training on all Litigation Support software packages.
- Designing and implementing new internal policies and procedures for litigation support.
- Perform hardware and software installations as needed.
- Other projects as directed by the Litigation Support Manager
